Everyone loves burger sliders - from kids to adults. When you add Bella Rosa Grated Parmesan to the picture and make them stuffed burger sliders? That kicks things up a notch. These sliders have a secret inside —they’re stuffed with melted Parmesan cheese. Simply irresistible! Perfect for entertaining or for adding a fun and delicious twist to a regular burger menu, these stuffed burger sliders are fast and easy to prepare.

What size burger patty for sliders?

We created our recipe to make eight sliders. Hawaiian buns typically come in a package of 16, so if you have a crowd you can double the recipe and use up all your buns! Use the size of those rolls to estimate how thick your patties should be. Just be careful not to flatten them much with a spatula while cooking—you don’t want the delicious Parmesan to leak out!

2 lbs of ground beef

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

1 tbsp all seasoning

1 cup shredded Parmesan

2 tbsp olive oil

How to Make Burger Sliders

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oil in a cast iron a skillet over medium heat

  2. mix your ground beef, teriyaki and seasoning together in a bowl

  3. Take 1/4 cup of your beef mixture and flatten into a patty, then sprinkle a tbsp of Parmesan onto patty and make a ball of the patty around the Parmesan

  4. Then cook 4 patties at a time in your skillet, flattening them as you cook, 2 minutes on each side.

  5. Prepare your sliders to your liking and enjoy!
